Annapurna Circuit trekking is a classic, long trekking in Annapurna which offers the magnificent views of mountains including Annapurna I (8,091 m), Annapurna III (7,555 m), and Annapurna South (7,219 m) and neighboring mountains. Round Annapurna trekking is in fact the most visited trekking trail of Nepal which offers to explore the cultural and natural heritages of Annapurna.
Annapurna Circuit Trekking also includes one of the highest Himalayan pass Throng La at 5,416 m. This amazing trekking in Nepal also offers to explore valley of the upper Manang which is home of Tibeto – Buddhists, Muktinath – the Hindu pilgrimage site and the Kali Gandaki valley, the world’s deepest river gorge. The Annapurna Circuit also rewards with natural hot spring in Tato Pani.



Arrive in Kathmandu (1,335 m):

Upon your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, a Zed Travels representative will be there for your warm welcome and help you to transfer to the hotel. In free time, take rest and get refreshed of jetlag. In evening join welcome dinner organize by Zed Travels Team. Overnight at hotel.


Kathmandu Sightseeing (1,335 m):

Guided one day Kathmandu valley sightseeing is dedicated to introduce some of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple, the most important sites of Buddhism and Hinduism in Nepal.And visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square are the highlights of the day. Overnight.

Kathmandu to Bhulbule (840 m/5 hours drive/2,5 hours trek)

After breakfast, we will travel to Besisahar. From Besisahar we will take a short trekking to Bhulbhule. Overnight at Bhulbhule.

Bhulbule to Bahundanda (1,300 m/4 hours trek):

After breakfast, we resume our trekking. From Bhulbule we follow the Marsyandhi River via suspension bridge. From there we cross Ngadi Khola and then trek through forest. Further we cross some small teahouses and reach Bahundanda for overnight.

Bahundanda to Chyamje (1,410 m/7 hours trek):

The trail from Bahundanda goes up and cross some small streams, wonderful villages of Kanigaon,Ghermu and the Jagat known as stone village before reaching Chyamje. Reach Chyamje and stay overnight.

Chyamje to Bagarchhap (2,160 m/7 hours trek)

After breakfast, we start our trekking again. The trail from Chyamje follows the east bank of Marsyandi River. From there we walk on the rocks. Further we ascends up and crosses some wonderful waterfalls and small local teahouses to reach Bagarchap.

Bagarchhap to Chame (2,710 m/6 hours trek)

From Bagarchap, we start our walk through Jungle. Along the way we can enjoy the stunning views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Manaslu Himal. We also pass a small settlement of Timang Besi just before reaching Chame. Overnight in Chame.

Chame to Lower Pisang (3,240 m/5 hours trek)

Setting destination Lower Pisang we start our trekking early morning. The trail first crosses a side stream and later crosses Marsyangdi River. Then we walk through fields before ascending up through forest to reach Lower Pisang for overnight.

Lower Pisang to Manang (3,540 m/6 hours trek)

It will be a wonderful trekking day when we pass several villages including Bryaga where we can see the largest monastery of Manag which is 400-500 years old.  A short walk from the monastery will lead us to Manang. Overnight.

In Manang (3,540 m)

We will spend this day in Manang for acclimatize. We can utilize this free day by walking around the village. Overnight at Manang.

Manang to Yak Kharka (4,018 m/5 hours trek)

After spending a wonderful day at Manang, we start our trekking and begins to ascent up to Thorang La area to Marshyandi valley. We then continue our walking through juniper forest then we pass some meadows then finally reach to Yak Kharka for overnight.

Yak Kharka to Phedi (4,450 m/4 hours trek)

From Yak Kharka we take ascend up trail walk gently to Phedi. This is the highest altitude point of the Annapurna Circuit trekking. Stay overnight at Phedi

Phedi to the Thorung – La Pass and to Muktinath (up to 5,416 m/8,5 hours trek):

This day we will start early than other days. From Phedi, we take steeo up trail and gradually hike and get to Thorang La Pass. From pass we can enjoy the superb views of Annapurna. After pass we will take descend down trail to Muktinath. Muktinath is a pilgrimage site dedicated to both Hindus and Buddhists. We will stay overnight at Muktinath.

Muktinath to Kagbeni (up to 3,550 m/3,5 hours trek)

In morning we will explore religious Muktinath temple. After spending some time, we will first descend trail to Jharkot then trek through Eklabhatti and reach Kagbeni. Overnight.

Kagbeni to Marpha (2,670 m/5 hours trek):

From Kagbeni, we follow the left bank of the river, we then cross the suspension bridge. From there we with some ups and downs we reach Jomsom. Further we continue our trekking pass Kali Gandaki Gorge- the deepest gorge in the world then reach Marpha. Marpha is place for fresh apples grown by villagers. Overnight at Marpha.

Marpha to Kalopani (up to 2,590 m/6 hours trek)

After spending a wonderful day in Marpha, this day we take the southern gateway of Kaligandaki to Tukuche. From there we follow the west bank of the river and cross the suspension bridge and reach Kobang. From there we continue walk through juniper and pine forest to reach Kalopani. We stay overnight at Kalopani.

Kalopani to Tatopani (1,160 m/6 hours trek):

From Kalopani, we will take descend to bridge of Lete. We then pass Kopchepani and Guithe village. From there a gradual walk will take us to Tatopani. In Tadapani we can enjoy bathing in natural hot spring. Overnight.

Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,785 m/8 hours trek)

This day we will trek to Ghorepani from Tadapani. Ghorepani is one the popular Mountain View point of Annapurna which offers the superb views of Himalayas ranges. Overnight  at Ghorepani.

Kagbeni to Marpha (2,670 m/5 hours trek):

From Kagbeni, we follow the left bank of the river, we then cross the suspension bridge. From there we with some ups and downs we reach Jomsom. Further we continue our trekking pass Kali Gandaki Gorge- the deepest gorge in the world then reach Marpha. Marpha is place for fresh apples grown by villagers. Overnight at Marpha.

Tikhedhunga to Pokhara (830 m/2 hours trek)

After breakfast, we will follow descend trail to Nayapul. From Nayapul we will drive back to Pokhara. In free time, you can either take rest of can explore the beautiful city. Overnight.

Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,335 m/6 hours car ride or 30 minutes flight)

Travel back to Kathmandu overland or take 30 minutes spectacular flight. In free time, buy some gifts. In evening join farewell dinner with Zed Travels team for successful Annapurna Circuit Trekking. Overnight.
