Amadablam (6,856 m) peak is located in famous Everest trekking Amadablam Expeditionor Khumbu Valley.The Mountain Amadablam is named from a glacier lying on its southwest face.  Amadablam Expedition is one of the prettiest mountain expedition which is famous for amazing mountain views which includes Mount Everest.Being wonderful mountain in Khumbu Valley, it was first summited in 1961.

The route followed for Amadablam Expedition is route from south western ridge which is technical and made of ice, snow and rock. Climbers aiming for Amadablam Expedition need more climbing techniques and suggested better to have previous climbing experience or trained about mountaineering. During Amadablam peak Climbing, three major camps are set. The way to Camp 1 is moderate but from Camp 1 to peak it is quite difficult and technical.
